This is a very rare occurrence, but can happen from time to time.
If tracking has not marked your item as delivered yet, please allow 10 business days before contacting us. Sometime there are shipping carrier delays, and your package will still get to you. If it is an international shipment, please allow 21 days before contacting us. We will issue replacements for packages lost in transit as long as the above time frames have passed.
If tracking has marked your item as delivered, unfortunately we cannot issue a replacement or refund. You will need to contact your local post office to file a claim.
We package all order with the utmost love and care! Unfortunately, sometimes an order is damaged in transit. If this rare instance occurs, please contact us at email@example.com and include photos of the damage. Once we receive photographical proof of the damage, we will issue a replacement asap at no charge. Please read below for product-specific photo instructions.
If your mug was damaged in transit, please include photos of the damaged mug, and if possible, photos of the box that your mug was shipped in.
T-Shirts + Clothing
If your t-shirt or clothing item was damaged upon arrival, please take a photo of the item laying flat. Please include a photo of both the damage or printing error and the barcode label that is on your item. This will help us locate the production error and issue a replacement asap.
In most cases, you may return a non-personalized item. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We do not refund shipping costs. Please contact us before sending a return at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once we receive your return in its original condition, we will issue a refund minus shipping. The customer is also responsible for all return shipping costs.
Please double-check all spelling + detail selections before placing your personalized order. We are not responsible for any personalization errors made by the customer. We do not offer refunds or replacements due to customer-made errors. You will need to place a new order with the correct spelling/personalization details.
