If this rare instance occurs, please contact us at hello@alluringprints.com and include photos of the damage. Once we receive photographical proof of the damage, we will issue a replacement asap at no charge. Please read below for product-specific photo instructions.
Mugs
If your mug was damaged in transit, please include photos of the damaged mug, and if possible, photos of the box that your mug was shipped in.
T-Shirts + Clothing
If your t-shirt or clothing item was damaged upon arrival, please take a photo of the item laying flat. Please include a photo of both the damage or printing error and the barcode label that is on your item. This will help us locate the production error and issue a replacement asap.
